CNS follows the same four-stage process for consulting engagements as for implementation projects: assess the current environment, design a plan, and — where the business wants it — carry that plan through implementation and ongoing support.

2. Design & Planning

3. Implementation
End-to-end installation, testing, and handover, when the client wants CNS to build what was designed.
4. Support & Monitoring
Ongoing support and reporting once the environment is live, if the client continues with CNS.
